Day 31: Jesus is our Savior

He is Our Savior – “As for me, I know that my Redeemer lives, and at the last He will take His stand on the earth. The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer, my God, my rock, in whom I take refute, my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold and my refuge, my Savior. Then you will know that I, the Lord, am your Savior, your Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord. You shall call His name, Jesus, for it is He who will save His people from their sins. Christ died for our sins, according to the Scriptures. He released us from our sins by His blood” (Job 19:25, 2 Sam 22:3, Is. 60:16. Luke 2:11, Mt 1:21, 1 Cor 15:3, Rev 1:5).

We are Saved by Faith “Then he believed in the Lord, and He reckoned it to him as righteousness. But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe in His name. We maintain that a man is justified by faith apart from the works of the law. If you confess with your mouth Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For by grace you have been saved by faith, and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God, not as a result of works, that no man should boast. These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, so that you may know you have eternal life.” (Gen 15:6, Jn 1:12, Rom 3:28, Rom 10:9, Eph 2:8-9, 1 Jn 5:13).
